If so, you probably saved one mail attachment at a time, which works well enough when getting these kinds of messages is infrequent. But maybe you actually get lots of messages with multiple attachments, or they're rare, but when they come they contain a lot of attachments, you might be interested to know that there is indeed a way to download attachment files en masse instead of one at a time.
It's actually easy to do, but the process differs slightly depending on whether you are using Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007. What follows are step-by-step instructions for each version of Outlook.
