But maybe you actually get lots of messages with multiple attachments, or they're rare, but when they come they contain a lot of attachments, you might be interested to know that there is indeed a way to download attachment files en masse instead of one at a time.

It's actually easy to do, but the process differs slightly depending on whether you are using Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007. What follows are step-by-step instructions for each version of Outlook.
